“Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. “This is clearly a renovated old style motel. They have done a fabulous job with it. It is sparkly clean and looks very nice. The beds are comfortable. You can tell that the owners care about guest comfort.”

“Did not try breakfast. We loved the hotel. It is well maintained and very pretty. Only complaint is the toilets are not comfort height. They make you feel like you are on the ground and are difficult to use if you are elderly or have any kind of knee or back issues. ”
