“The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.”

“What a disaster. Worst ever. I show up and they somehow gave my room away, with no rooms available and no explanation available either. To top things off, the front desk girl and her manger are rude and unsympathetic. Not even a polite apology. Just stared at me expressionless. Really odd vibe. Have stayed at many Courtyards before and they’re generally clean and well kept, but this one looked like a complete dump outside and in the lobby. “Property was dated. Worn carpet, bathroom floors, etc. Parking on site was extremely limited and difficult to navigate.”

“Vicino alla stazione e al centro della città. Hotel nuovo,pulito e ben tenuto. Camere nuove,grandi e confortevoli,dotate di ogni confort; l'unica pecca che se esci dalla stanza troppo tardi poi non te la puliscono fino al giorno dopo.”

“This place was dirty! The bed sheets in 2 rooms we went into were dirty. There was lipstick on a pillow case. It appears they do not wash the sheets. My wife and I left and went to another hotel. I wouldn’t let a farm animal stay here. ”

“Very quaint property with nice layout & grounds. Nice restaurant, Krazy Kat’s onsite. Room accommodations were great; fireplace, large sitting area, sunken tub, shower, towel heating rack, wet bar, microwave, refrigerator & Keurig all in room. We will definitely be back!”

“Elevator not working upon arrival and staff did not make us aware until after check in. My wife has health problems. I could barely make it up the steps had we known upon check-in about the elevator not working we rebooked a new room and they charge security deposit without telling us anything.”
