“I was charged illegally ”

“Hotel in buona posizione. Arredamento di design. Buona colazione ma rumoroso in quanto affacciato su strada trafficata”

“Great location near downtown situated on the waterfront adjacent to restaurants. Newer hotel, but room was not clean and we were short towels. Charged for parking, but there was limited space and parked in adjacent lot and had to walk to entrance.”

“The area of town the hotel is in is filled with homeless people and drugs. These people will harass you the minute you step outside the door. It’s not a safe area to be in. I wouldn’t stay there again.”

“Fine but no parking. Staff was nice but not well informed. Gym was decent Breakfast was adequate.”

“We got there very late (after midnight) and the parking was confusing and not well marked. Evidently the parking is the responsibility of the city of Wilmington. The doors to the rooms were very heavy and loud when closing. Although it was brief there was some running around giggling in the hallways when we finally tried to sleep/. The beds were extremely comfortable. All the staff we spoke to, both in the hotel and in the booth for parking were very helpful and courteous.”

“The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall. The beds were dirty with bugs. The walls were peeling. It was a legitimate horror movie.”
