“Be aware that there is on street parking that requires a permit from the city of Wilmington. Red Awni ng worked with me to resolve the issue but it took some time and a few texts to make it work.The on street parking placed me a block and half from the propery. No cost but need proof of renting the space. The GPS sent you down a one way street that does not bring by the front of the property. This was a problem finding the property after dark. “Room was very clean and we enjoyed relaxing in the main room with the fireplace and a glass of wine at the end of the day. It's very cozy and welcoming. The staff was friendly and welcoming also. We will come again!”

“This place was amazing! A quiet, beautiful farm with such a cozy and peaceful room. It was so much better than staying in a regular hotel. Lance and Sandy were so kind and accommodating. The charcuterie board was delicious and such a nice treat after a full day of shopping. The barn was open all day, stocked with soda, hot drinks, and even a snack bar for guests. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious! We would definitely stay here again. And the best part—it’s only a few minutes...

“2nd time in less than three weeks we stayed here due to excellent condition and 5 minutes from Christiana Care. This is our “go to” lodging in New Castle County. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast, which does have good choices, does become a bit “ same same” after a few days. Very appreciative of the attentive staff. Housekeeping deserves the tip we leave them. They earned it!”
