“What a disaster. Worst ever. I show up and they somehow gave my room away, with no rooms available and no explanation available either. To top things off, the front desk girl and her manger are rude and unsympathetic. Not even a polite apology. Just stared at me expressionless. Really odd vibe. Have stayed at many Courtyards before and they’re generally clean and well kept, but this one looked like a complete dump outside and in the lobby. “Vicino alla stazione e al centro della città. Hotel nuovo,pulito e ben tenuto. Camere nuove,grandi e confortevoli,dotate di ogni confort; l'unica pecca che se esci dalla stanza troppo tardi poi non te la puliscono fino al giorno dopo.”
