Waited 20 min but now show, walked to reception desk, she was on her phone and shocked seeing me. She realized she forgot about situation. One woman working had her pajamas on still and seemed annoyed when asked if she could refill the apple juice and make more coffee. The staff didn’t attempt to clean floors or tables between guests were were dining. On the outside of the premises there were multiple light fixtures that needed to be secured to the ceiling again.
