Hotel vicino a Texarkana College - Texarkana

“The hot tub was out of order, and this was one of the main reasons I booked at this hotel. It would be great if the website could indicate when amenities that are promised are not available. Additionally, the hotel reception was not really friendly. The lady who checked me in seemed annoyed. She wasn't rude, but not very welcoming. I called the hotel desk later to request a blanket for the pull-out bed, since there was not one provided in the room. I had to call three times before anyone picked...

“I had recently stayed at and IHG in Memphis and was really impressed but the one in Texarkana not so much. My room smelled like old musty body odor and the carpet was kinda dingy. I think they should take the carpet out and just have tile. The staff was nice. The stay was good but could’ve been better not worth the price I paid ”

“Horrid experience. Room smelled like stale cigarettes and regret, the a/c unit half ass worked and the room was humid and uncomfortable. The cleaniness was far below average from previous stays and as significantly declined ea stay in the last 6 weeks. One of many instances which is the most recent and most horrific, as upon checking the air unit, there was rotten bananas with bugs flying into my face as soon as I lifted the lid to access the control buttons to mess with the air settings. “Super clean nice staff. Could use a hot tub. Only giving 4 stars cause the pillows sucked they were literally folded in half inside of the pillowcase. The front was nice about it and they gave us more when we asked. Also the ice machines were broken on the top floor”
