Hotel vicino a Centro Congressi Thiên Sơn Plaza - Hanoi

“Good location, good staff”

“We took a 2 day 1 night cruise with Stellar of the Seas. The crew and service were outstanding. Boo and Tin were very attentive. They made our trip even more memorable. We had a great time aboard the cruise. And the bonus point is they have shuttle to pick you up and drop you off in Hanoi, which makes thing a lot easier. You can start relaxing the moment you hop on the shuttle. We will be back again.”

“A nice lounge on the property or aroof top lounge would have been a nice touch The staff were amazing and helpful”

“Everything was perfect. We had a little (but nice) room. We didn't ask to change it, but the staff gave us a bigger room just when it was free. Best staff ever!”

“Really nice property, highly recommended”

“Personale eccellente Camere all’11esimo piano terribilmente unida”

“Staff very kind and smiling. Rooms a bit old. They appear in the pictures in a better shape then they are in real. But OK so far. My room had a blind window with no sunlight entering the room. But for one night was ok.”

“This hôtel was very nice and staff was very kind. Well positioned in the city center”

Ottima colazione. Personale molto gentile ed accogliente.”

“Tutto perfetto, personale incredibile. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio!”

“Stayed here for several nights, the room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The staff were all very helpful and amazing each day. My partner was sick a couple of days on the trip and the staff were very helpful with getting him medicine and teas and room service to help us. They also helped us planned day excursions. Very likely to stay here again on our next trip to Hanoi! Location is great for exploring, just outside the busiest streets that the nights are quiet but you can walk a...

“Hotel perfetto. Personale gentilissimo! Centrale ed in zona praticamente pedonale. La collaboratrice che parla italiano é deliziosa! ”

“This hotel was in a great location as it was right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and within easy walking distance of everything. Only downside of that of course is it is very noisy. Staff were phenomenal and couldnt do enough for us. Breakfast had a great selection. The rooms were nice and spacious and well accommodated our family of four. Would definitely recommend staying here...just bring ear plugs though if you are a light sleeper.”
