“No air conditioning. Checked in and room was 78. Temperature never went down from there, difficult to sleep.”

“I booked this location with the impression that the amenities will be available and it wasn't. Pool was open but dirty and gym was close till 7/31 which if I was informed on time I would've look someone else. Communication should be a plus,especially when people are saving money for travel or daystay Amenities for us is a plus , it was too late for us to schedule elsewhere due to the time and date of the year July 4th However the location had a lot of parking space. The rooms smelled...

“Loved how clean the hotel was. The AC and fresh quality of the room. Staff very friendly. The restaurant lowered the quality tremendously. It didn’t match. Although breakfast was included the quality was watered down. Same buffet every morning. Taste was lower grade. Presentation looks good but the experience felt like a pub. No menu was offered as a substitute. Seating was not classy. Or comfy. I wasn’t informed of other options in the hotel. But outside from the restaurant it’s pleasant.”

“Sistema di riscaldamento/aria condizionata molto rumoroso. In inverno se si spegne la temperatura si abbassa rapidamente e dormire con tutto quel rumore (ed aria) e' difficoltoso. Per il resto tutto ok.”

“This is a truly lovely property. The grounds are exquisite and include a 75' lap pool and lovely patio and area for artist retreats. Nice robes, comfy linens, a fabulous shower. Fireplace that throws a good amount of heat and easy to use air conditioning. Good instruction book. Some small details were overlooked--a nice coffee nook to make tea or coffee but no water available to use or drink.”

“The hotel looks clean from the outside, the lobby and the hallways were messing looks like they didn’t even vacuum, the room we stayed in smelled horrible, had a mix of body odor and cat litter, the bed wasn’t stained so that’s good, but the fridge has some weird brown residue on the front and the bathroom countertop was stained as well, the fire alarm went off twice as well”

“Everything was clean, new, and well looked after. The location was great, and I appreciated the coffee bar and ample sitting areas.”

“The entire place was dirty and smelled dirty. Rooms weren’t cleaned daily unless you requested it be done. Once you arrive at the airport you have to call the motel and request a shuttle come pick you up.”
