“It was a nice place, but a little sad that there wasn’t no room service available.”

“So outdated. The shower pressure, the popcorn ceiling, the yellow walls! 400 a night is a disgrace.”

“The room was mostly clean but the bed had some stains on it. There was paper on the floor...made me feel that they didnt really clean. Staff was pleasant though.”

“My daughter and I stayed at Residence Inn while attending the Cardi B concert (4/3/2026) The room (a loft) was more like a small, cute apartment! We loved it! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part, the breakfast! They had an awesome selection of breakfast foods, fresh fruit and beverages. If I’m ever in Hartford again, I would 100% stay here again. ”

“Check in was easy and staff were very nice. Rooms were clean and price was good for being right next door to the arena. Pleasant stay!”

“Nice discrete spot to go, walk right outside your door to fresh air. Quiet area local to attractions in the area.”

“Great hotel ”

“Checkin took 20 minutes to even begin as extended stay left me on hold in a lobby and then hung up after leaving me on hold for 12 minutes. Then had to call back and start the whole process again. Once I got someone onsite it was great but 20 minutes of sitting on a lobby at 11pm trying to check in really ruined my stay”

“We leave the room on Sunday, expecting to have clean towels and clean room. That was not the case, we have to go and get clean towels, no fresh water. The mattresses must be more than 10 years old, the pillow horrible. I can’t imagine how did you give this place “excellent “ reviews. We use this hotel many years ago, nothing to do with the states of the beds this time around.”

“Sistema di riscaldamento/aria condizionata molto rumoroso. In inverno se si spegne la temperatura si abbassa rapidamente e dormire con tutto quel rumore (ed aria) e' difficoltoso. Per il resto tutto ok.”

“Dirty”

“The parking lot/building/rooms are all run down and visibly crumbling and dirty. It was just to sleep before catching a plane so we made do. Needed extra pillows, front and said they couldn’t find any. Shuttle service next day was prompt which was great ”

“Room was clean, the first room the tv didn’t work. We were moved to another room tv worked, however they do not use top sheets, just fitted and razor thin comforter. Bathroom was clean. ”

“The woman was pretty rude. My hotel was already paid for and then she wanted an extra $50 for Security. Some type of Security didn't say that in the travel agent they didn't even give me a chance to pay by card or by Cash if she wanted my credit card right away, not a good day.”
