“Room was very clean but had closet door sticking when opening and refrigerator was humming during the night.”

“Location and hotel property were good but the staff at the reception was terrible. On check in I was informed that I have a 30 dollar credit being a Hilton Gold. Now I know that if you book thru a third party like Expedia this credit is subject to the property. In this case on check in I was informed. HOWEVER on check out they charged me for the same. Paying a 1000 dollars for 3 nights the 90 is not a back breaker but it’s a smart way for the hotel to make money. BE CAREFUL”

“First of all the room smelled nasty like cigarettes the knobs for the hot tub didn’t work it seem dirty I had to leave and go buy air freshener and cleaners to clean. The bathroom window took us forever to be able to lock. Someone on the upstairs bathroom took a shower and the water leaked down to our bathroom. The blankets were stain. Then in the morning the room next door was blasting music super loud. $140 a night was to much for that place it needs to be closed down and re do had the...

“What a beautiful and charming inn! I loved everything about it. The restaurant food was delicious, and the breakfast was fresh and excellent. The coffee was amazing, and the organic milk was such a nice touch. The area is beautiful, and the parking was extremely convenient. I also felt very safe staying there with my two small children.
