“Overall, staying at the Cheyenne Mountain Resort wasn't a terrible experience. However, the first morning after I had a shower, I tried to use the hairdryer and it practically blew up in my hands. It was extremely cheap and right after turning on heated up to red, crackled and died. When I picked up the phone to report it, there was no dial tone. My colleague called on my behalf only to be told that they are understaffed and there is no one to bring me a replacement hairdryer. Not great...
