“I came to this property with 8 other guests for my birthday. The property was very clean when we arrived and large enough for all of us. The game room was so much fun and had so many activities to do. So even with as many people as we had, everyone was able to play and join in. Rooms were large with plenty of closet space and the sofa couch was comfortable.

“We stayed at Villa Motel while visiting the Manitou Springs area and found it to be a wonderful place to stay, especially with its convenient location near Pikes Peak.
Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, very clean, and included a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. We weren't sure if a refrigerator would be included, so that was a pleasant surprise.
