“The staff was amazing”

“I booked a handicap accessible room with the rollin shower and the wheelchair did not even fit inside of the bathroom nor did we receive a roll-in shower like we reserved. My husband literally could not take a shower and had to hobble on one leg into the bathroom to even use the toilet what a joke of an accessible Hotel room. Also the supposed accessible room was on the opposite side of the hotel from the handicap accessible parking spots extremely inconvenient for accessibility.”

“The staff was great in all areas, super friendly. There were some hiccups checking in the original room we requested with a king bed had a broken TV, so we had to get checked into a double queen, which was much smaller. However comfortable. The bedding could use some replacing, as the down comforters have visible torn areas in many places. I noticed only blackout drapes, not a sheer present to let daylight in. Overall great experience!!!!”

“I lived in CO for 25 yrs and moved to FL 1.5 years ago. We travel back to see my 90 yr old mother and stay at the Tru the night before leaving 99% of the time at 6am and never having the opportunity to enjoy the breakfast. This last time I asked if was a take-away breakfast for those of us with early flights. Staff said that would be a good idea because many who stay there have the same issue. She said she would pass it along to mgmt. I hope she did because I’m sure the price we pay factors in...

“Frig did not work properly. No place to put your clothes. No alarm clock. Lock to pool from outdoor never worked. The woman who does the breakfast was extremely helpful and friendly. Five stars for her”

“This is now our staycation place! Free dinner(essentially- but especially if you have kids), free breakfast, free drinks, and a big hot tub and pool that actually WORK! We have gone to several other places, but the hot tub is on the fritz, or it’s overcrowded, or it’s not as clean and kept up as it should be. This hotel was CLEAN, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was good. Definitely going back!!”

“Staff was helpful and room was clean. However, there was a lot of noise in the parking lot early in the morning. We were up around 7 in the morning and there were no cups for juice or coffee, yogurt or milk for cereal. So, no breakfast for us.”

“My parents weren't able to checking early when they arrived to the hotel. So they had to go find another room for that night. When I called and asked if they would be able to check in early I was told yes they can.”
