“Staff was friendly and courteous and accommodating to my late arrival and late check out.”

“Carpets were stained. Tub was peeling its coating. No AC in breakfast area. Witnessed front desk attendant arguing with an incoming guest. Made me extremely uncomfortable. Questionable characters in the main lobby hanging out using foul language. Just not a nice atmosphere.”

“I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed.It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something.They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance.”

“Room was horrible, there were holes in the walls, broken shower, pool out of service yet still listed as an amenity.”

“I stayed one night and the hotel was just fine. Additionally there are at least two restaurants within walking distance. And one of them is a Brown Derby, which was quite tasty. Would have no problem staying at this hotel again in the future. No complaints.”

“The shuttle ride and driver was great— very friendly and kind! Outside property needs upkeep and cleaning up. Inside was dirty. My room had an odor of being unclean and the floors were dirty—walking barefoot in my room resulted in dark and dirty feet!! Corners on floors were caked with dirt. My shower curtain was grossly moldy on the bottom. I did not eat breakfast here because of the overall lack of cleanliness. “The room was filthy. We asked for clean sheets and towels and they were never provided. The toilet did not work.”

“This place is poorly maintained. It looks nothing like the pictures on the website. We booked our travel in February for 2 days. It reaked of weed and looked like nothing had been cleaned in both of our rooms. There was bugs,torn and stained carpet,holes in the walls. Don't stay here.”

“Left our terrible expensive hotel (paid already) in Buffalo, NY and drove late at night to Medina, OH. This hotel provided a comfortable stay overnight and enabled us to recharge before hitting the road again.”

“DO NOT BOOK HERE, they have BEDBUGS!!! Me and my family were in the room for a couple hours, and there was BEDBUGS crawling on the beds. I took a picture of it and immediately removed my kids and stuff. The property were mean asf about it, like they knew they had them and still charged over 100$ a night! This place is disgustingly dirty, there were also a bunch of insects in the lobby! DONT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE SLEEPING WITH BEDBUGS!!!”

“We stayed one night with two toddlers, and it was functional. Not very clean, but not disgusting. The facilities definitely need to be updated and repaired, but the aesthetics of the room were not our priority. The bedding and towels have holes, and there are no blackout curtains.”
