“I read the reviews before I made the reservation. I cant believe they were about the same place. The room is basic . Clean. Towels are cheap and worn. The room had a vague cigarette smell. “This was, unfortunately, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had at a Marriott. I specifically chose Marriott because they typically uphold high standards and consistently provide a great experience. This stay was the complete opposite. When I arrived, the property felt like an active construction zone. There was construction happening on our floor, with noticeable debris and an overall unclean atmosphere. “Overall great experience. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had family above us and heard stomping all throughout the night. Rooms also get very cold & the blankets on the beds are think and sheet-like. ”
