“We stayed here with a group of families. The rooms were clean and the hotel felt modern and well designed, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, staff interactions were often unfriendly and difficult, and at times it felt like we were treated differently because we booked a discounted rate through Expedia. Breakfast was very minimal with no real protein options. We hope guest communication, hospitality, and breakfast quality improve for future visitors.”

“We were there for a funeral, so we did not use the pool. The hotel was great,; just the pullout bed was dirty from people using it as a couch and not being vacuumed in 2 different rooms. Breakfast was great!”

“Night staff help was unacceptable & seen 1 housekeeper in 3 days, asked for an extra towel (only given 2- for 2 guest) but told No & had to wait for room b cleaned (she was on phone entire time cleaning with it on speaker & speaking Spanish loud) ... 1st room was extremely disturbing with amount of roaches crawling, not clean, TV didn't work & after realizing no phone or TV remote.
