“the staff was not helpful the fire alarm in the middle of the night went off and we were given no direction or information on what to do or a why? amenities not very good this visit waffle machine not fixed and the cable options with the tv is awful especially when its bad weather outside or night time. very disappointing”

“The breakfast area was clean but the food wasn’t that good. The potatoes was hard for “ both “days. the sausage wasn’t browned they were still really light. The eggs had water in them. Please put a little more effort into how the breakfast is prepared.. this is my go to hotel in this area.”

“Hotel clean nice breakfast layout friendly staff comfortable bed only complain is the before I check in I inquired about the business center and was told they had one got there the computer was locked front desk lady said it worked but she didn’t know what happened gave me the number to the general manager it was working but the next day it was lock again and black out again my feedback is to not advertise you have a business center then lock it or say it’s a technically it never got corrected...

“The night girl was not friendly at all. Closed the pool early, when that is the only reason we stayed there. She said the manager told her too. I didn't verify right then, but surely she was lying. All rooms smelt like milder and mold. We had to move from the 1st one it was so bad.”

“Il pavimento era sporco. Asciugamani molto datati. Classica colazione dei motel che non propone niente di che essendo "inclusa" ma stavolta addirittura hanno finito il caffè. Comodo per dormire 1 notte appena arrivati dall'aeroporto. Letto comodo.”

“The room was clean and decent size. It was a hit and miss with the staff on the front desk, some act like it was a bother that you went up there ( 2 on cell phone ) and asked about something or information. Staff in the breakfast area were nice and cleaning staff. Parking is small up front but does have areas in back.”

“Hotel rooms were humid. Even with changing the temperatures on the rooms the rooms and carpet felt damp. Misinformation about check out in rooms. Rooms say 12pm checkout. Staff says 11am… don’t ask for a late check out because they don’t offer it. Most likely won’t stay here again.”

“It was clean but needed lots of repair work done. Unfortunately, there is NO insulation in the walls as we spent both nights awake listening to loud music, arguing, screaming, cussing, and doors slamming. We did not get much sleep. The front desk was called but the issues continued. Not sure we will stay here again.”

“You hear EVERYTHING! Had ear plugs and a powerful wind tunnel fan and could hear so many doors slamming from all corners. No sleep was had.”
