“It was my first time in KL and I wanted to stay close to Midvalley Megamall, this couldn't have been a better choice! The hospitality is great and the people at the check-in counter were extremely accommodating. Breakfast had several choices and was very good for the price, I was really confused to see a lot of negative reviews on breakfast. All in all I would definitely consider staying here again!”

But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable.
So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...
“Convenience at its max. With Mid Valley & Garden malls on site, what else can you ask for. Your one stop shop for everything. Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. “Lovely property with wonderful staff. Right from the time we checked in to the time we checked out, we were treated as valued guests. The staff greeted us at every opportunity and asked if we needed anything every time we saw someone. Justine who took care of us in the restaurant was just amazing.
