“Always good standard and comfy rooms. Huge tasty breakfast. Nice bar with live music every night, even if not that crowded. At least 20 mins drive from KLCC if you want a better nightlife. Good hotel if you havee to be in PJ. I always come here when need to be in PJ. But if you are on holidays, better going to KLCC area”
“The property was comfortable, excellent and very secure but the areas outside the property was cluttered of old cars at the back, dirty and very smelly at the front property from others making it difficult whenever to go outside. We would like to stay at this property again in the future when visiting Kuala Lumpur ”
“It was my first time in KL and I wanted to stay close to Midvalley Megamall, this couldn't have been a better choice! The hospitality is great and the people at the check-in counter were extremely accommodating. Breakfast had several choices and was very good for the price, I was really confused to see a lot of negative reviews on breakfast. All in all I would definitely consider staying here again!”
“Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling...
But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable.
So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...

At 11.15pm and I was still wide awake, The loud music downstairs is still banging away. The noise level is insane. It’s impossible to get any sleep. I am staying in the seventh floor and it is so loud you can feel the vibration. ”
