“This hotel was really gone downhill over the last hl few years. Now it caters to big groups and the conference facilities. My room was fine but I had to ask a couple of times to get it cleaned. The bathroom always smelled like pee. All of the staff seemed new and didn’t know how to do anything. The breakfast items seemed to be always depleted and the bar area was closed for renovation. Quiet neighborhood, not much food outlet and no convenience store. There's a mall across the highway, not so convenient to cross. Housekeeping only on request. Have to walk up some steps to reach the elevator. Not wheelchair friendly.”
