“The property was comfortable, excellent and very secure but the areas outside the property was cluttered of old cars at the back, dirty and very smelly at the front property from others making it difficult whenever to go outside. We would like to stay at this property again in the future when visiting Kuala Lumpur ”
“Very good communication especially when I was not able to communicate without Wi-Fi they help me. Location of this unit is very safe, close to restaurant and shopping. Transportation was close by. It is about 40 mins from airport and 20 from center of lumpur. ”

The hospitality is great and the people at the check-in counter were extremely accommodating. Breakfast had several choices and was very good for the price, I was really confused to see a lot of negative reviews on breakfast. All in all I would definitely consider staying here again!”
“Always good standard and comfy rooms. Huge tasty breakfast. Nice bar with live music every night, even if not that crowded. At least 20 mins drive from KLCC if you want a better nightlife. Good hotel if you havee to be in PJ. I always come here when need to be in PJ. But if you are on holidays, better going to KLCC area”
“Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling...
But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable.
So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...
“Convenience at its max. With Mid Valley & Garden malls on site, what else can you ask for. Your one stop shop for everything. Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. Towels though do need a refresh. Overall highly recommend this place for a short stay and convenience to...
