“The property was comfortable, excellent and very secure but the areas outside the property was cluttered of old cars at the back, dirty and very smelly at the front property from others making it difficult whenever to go outside. We would like to stay at this property again in the future when visiting Kuala Lumpur ”

“Convenience at its max. With Mid Valley & Garden malls on site, what else can you ask for. Your one stop shop for everything. Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. Towels though do need a refresh. Overall highly recommend this place for a short stay and convenience to...
“The apartment was spotless, and everything was in great condition and design, comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. The location is also ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area.”
“Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling...
But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable.
So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...
“Hotel is good, lobby, walkway, corridor and room is clean. Although room is slightly smaller, but comfortable, feel safe and secure once we step into the hotel.
24 hours staff station at front desk, staff is polite and friendly. Check-in procedure is fast and easy.
Easy to get food surrounding hotel area, not convenient for public transport. However, we are driving not an issue. ”
