“Very basic hotel, requiring refurbishment. The main problem: they offer brekfast using a Gym structure 50-100m away out of the parking. This structure is not suitable for food and the breakfast is very poor and NOT cheap. Apart from this, there is no agreement with the hotel and you have to sign a book each time you enter. Sure I'll NOT came back.”

“A nice stay with a good breakfast. Didn't park my car in the hotel carpark due to £5 a day charge ( this is new). Easily parked over the road free. Hotel could do with a carpet upgrade (worn and dirty) all in all it was a nice place to stay, good clean rooms and friendly staff ”

“Bath was a bit worn out the surface was deteriorating. Reception service excellent, i forgot my phone charger and the receptionist found one for me to borrow. ”

“I asked for help to figure out the air con and then all was good. It was a stressful journey, but the staff couldnt have done more to help me have as relaxing an experience as possible. All very good at their jobs and very friendly, nothing was too much bother. I've often stayed in 5 star hotels in my working life, but now I am retired, finding a reasonably priced hotel which provides high quality customer service was a delight. I had my dog at Wear Referrals for surgery and cancer...
