Hotel vicino a Waldridge Fell Country Park - Chester-le-Street

“Room was incredibly dusty, no heating, vanity mirrors in bathroom didn't work, bath cracked. Staff were friendly and brought us a space heater however this didn't work either. Work up at 4.30am freezing Location is good, very quiet at night”

“Bene”

“Better than expected. Don’t write off these hotels. Way nicer than many upmarket properties out there.”

“Lovely spacious room. Food at breakfast was really good, we ate at the restaurant once and the food was really tasty. Nice friendly staff and great location for sightseeing Durham”

“Superior room very spacious and decent spec.”

“Struttura bellissima, silenziosa a pochi minuti da Durham. Consigliata”

“The staff were very welcoming. The room was very tired.”

“First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got....

“Good value for money. Very busy over the last couple of days so it took over forty minutes to get our order taken for breakfast on Thursday - which came without the veggie sausage as stated on the menu. I would probably skip the breakfast in future.”
