“The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed but we had issues with not having water more than once which was outside of management’s control. Apparently it’s not uncommon to have water service issues in the area due to low water pressure. After travels and spending the whole day at the beach we were looking forward to a good shower but there wasn’t enough water even to brush teeth. Staff was responsive via text, however there was nothing they could do.”

“We had a wonderful stay here during our Puerto Rico trip. The location is beautiful and perfect for travelers looking for a more private and peaceful atmosphere. At night, hearing the sounds of nature and the coquí frogs singing made it feel extra special. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, giving us recommendations for dinner spots and advice for exploring El Yunque. Breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed chatting with them each morning. The drive up is a bit rough but...

“What a find! I needed to stay 1 night before boarding a cruise. All the other hotels were very expensive. All the reviews for this hotel were good so I booked it and I'm glad I did. It is inside a hospital but you would never know it. It's a 15 minute taxi ride from the airport. I was traveling solo and a bit nervous but the entrance had a security gate due to the hospital. “Our stay was disappointing. The facilities are in poor condition, worn furniture and a bathroom in need of maintenance. To make matters worse, we were never able to connect to the WiFi during our entire stay, despite asking for help.”

“The room smelled moldy. On day 2 of our stay the pipes backed up and we had feces coming through the shower floor. There are only 5 parking spaces for the property.”

“The location is perfect—very close walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. However, the property itself needs a deep cleaning and the rooms are basic, Red Roof Inn quality at best. Definitely not worth the price. Most of the staff were useless, except for the wonderful lady who helped us with our bags and multiple other thing. She was the highlight of the service.”
