“Staff was super friendly and room was clean. Breakfast was lovely. Phone didn’t work in our room, pullout bed was in poor condition and we had to request pillows and blankets for it. One of the elevators simply didn’t work on our 4th level. Location was perfect for the basketball game. ”

Room only had two small drawers to store clothes which were located close to the floor.The shower did not have a door on it, which left the bathroom floor wet after every shower.Room floors were concrete and you could hear people in the next rooms walking if they were wearing shoes. In questo caso a parte la comodità dell'albergo vicino all'aeroporto, qui la pulizia non sanno cosa vuol dire. Lenzuola e asciugamani pieni di macchie nere e per di più quando ci siamo svegliati alle 2 del mattino per andare all'aeroporto nel letto in bagno e sulla moquette c'erano degli insetti che camminavano, non ho parole. Io non ci torno più se ricapito a Phoenix.”
