“Perfect location, quiet in full of amenities”

“The lady was very rude my family had no where to stay so I paid for them to stay there and after a few days they said they weren’t allowed to stay there due to only affording a one bed but the excuse was max people but the other two were kids it was only two adults two kids if not evicted but they were written on the list and then treated my grandma ride rooms were nasty roaches I get it the place is cheap but you could atleast clean up my family said there were drugs and prostitution at night….”

“Don't waste your money here, I was under the impression from the photos on the website that this place would be a comfortable stay, but was in for an extremely unplesant surprise. Its location is in a bad neighborhood, lots of homeless people in the area. Housekeeping kept forgetting to come to our room constantly through out our stay there, and they didnt even do a good job when they did stop by. There was mold in the showers and walking barefoot on the carpet left the bottom of my feet stained...

“Abbiamo avuto un'altra esperienza con questa catena di Motel nel nostro viaggio in America (a Las Vegas) ed è stato positivo. In questo caso a parte la comodità dell'albergo vicino all'aeroporto, qui la pulizia non sanno cosa vuol dire. Lenzuola e asciugamani pieni di macchie nere e per di più quando ci siamo svegliati alle 2 del mattino per andare all'aeroporto nel letto in bagno e sulla moquette c'erano degli insetti che camminavano, non ho parole. Io non ci torno più se ricapito a Phoenix.”

“It’s important to note this property does not have a pool and our room did not have a tub. This was an error on my part and didn’t affect my review, because it was my mistake. The rooms are spacious but had areas of damage in multiple places. The door was chipped on both sides, there were broken parts on both night stands and the bathroom door would swing. “A clean, cute hotel with fun small touches like a candy jar and free drink tokens when you check in. The rooms are small but had everything we needed. Friendly staff. Be aware that the hotel is next to a light rail stop, but the room's AC fan kept us cool and muted the train noises.”

“The room was nice & clean on the inside. Staff was pleasant & very helpful. Unfortunately the outside trashcans were over flowing all the time. The pool looked clean & inviting. Guests were happily enjoying it. ”

“Pool is akways dirty , I never see anyone cleaning the pool.”

“I requested new blankets due to the ones I had having stains on them the floor was dirty on arrival. Spoke to front desk manager for some compensation but he refused saying I booked third party. The AC didn’t work great I was over 100 degrees . Overall bad would never stay again.!”
