I got moved to another room as a last ditch effort to make sure that I had a place to sleep without ants... But the experience was far from ideal and although local staff did their best, the management team was never on site and never contacted me back directly. I'm livid. “Bathroom countertop was not clean and there were only two towels which were a nice size but one for body and one for hair makes someone having to go without… ”

“The clerk was snarky some guy that was hanging around in the lobby was making rude comments. When I came in to complain about the cockroaches that I found. The clerk didn’t seem surprised and didn’t bat an eyelash when oh let me give you another room. The next room was dirty.. when I said I wanted to leave she was quick to say the room was non refundable…”

“Breakfast was ok, best part was the woman working it. She was super friendly. The bathroom fan runs with the light, can’t turn it off and it was really annoying. Other than that it was great, very quiet. ”

“Amazing breakfast! Wonderful pool! Room was 8/10, clean but bed was so uncomfortable. Couch was better but so close to the floor, desk chair was broken and couldn’t raisenit up higher. Bathroom and amenities like tv, microwave, fridge, coffee maker all great. Well worth the stay.”

“Unfortunately, water started leaking from the ceiling in the shower, coming from the shower in the floor above. It was clear there had already been a recent patch job to deal with a prior water leak. There was also mold showing through the paint on the ceiling in the bathroom and the pillow cases were not white, but yellowed. They were clean but showing age/wear.”

“Office staff was very nice and changed our room since Expedia gave me a smoking room. Otherwise it wasn’t a very good stay, beds were rock hard and super noisy, towels tiny and no toiletries in the bathroom. Parking wasn’t great either and stairs looked like they were going to fall apart.”

“The bathroom smelled quite sour, the walls cary a lot of sound from adjacent rooms and outside. Breakfast was decent, parking was quite simple to work with.”
