“The hotel was busy I have stayed multiple times and this was the worst experience so far. Staff does not care if you are waiting in line and someone cuts ahead of you. They also don’t acknowledge you when you try to buy something from the store. The playground was dirty and many broken pieces. They don’t go to retrieve the luggage carts from the floors. They allow children to play on the elevators without parental supervision making the wait for an elevator 10 plus minutes. Would not recommend...
