“Hotel and resort, clean, good with view, parking is safe, food not that great but free. Cheapest hotel based on my search around the area that is less than 3 miles from Universal studios and Disney. Fast food around next blocks, very convinient. “Hotel nuovissimo, camera bella. Bella piscina e hall spaziosa, c’è una caffetteria e un piccolo market. Trasporti per i parchi Universal veramente efficienti e comodi, ingresso anticipato ai parchi universal incluso. ”

“Disappointed that when we arrived after a long day at the park, our fridge wasn't working. Housekeeping came in determined that it needed to be replaced. Due to the late hour, it was expected to changed the next day. The next day again after a long day at the park, it had not been changed. Almost 11 pm, it took almost an hour to get issue resolved with a night credit. Disappointed with the way things were handled. Overall the hotel is nice.”

“The staff was friendly and amenities were nice enough even though we did not use them. I was informed when I checked in that the room we had ordered was somehow not available (despite being booked months in advance). We had a King bed suite with a fold out couch for a secondary bed... I was downgraded to two queen beds which was relatively useless since it was just myself and my wife staying and the reason I booked the room was the larger bed.
