“Clean! Room smelled a little like chemicals, but was more likely due to recent cleaning rather than a pervasive issue.”

“This property was terrible. Bed sheets had stains. Bathroom was disgusting. Stains on the wall, chair, and curtains. Smelled musty. Pillows were lumps the size of a throw pillow. We could not stay there. The sign said newly remodeled. The only new thing I seen in this property were the vending machines in the lobby. The pictures on this website have to be AI enhanced. The property was nowhere near the quality depicted. We couldn't get out of there fast enough! I had to contact Expedia today...

“The front desk person was not helpful and didn’t say a word to us. It was 1am but some acknowledgement would’ve been nice. The beds were fine, the pillows were really thick. Bathroom was nice. Continental breakfast options were an apple, Orange or bagel. If you wanted something else you had to pay for it. It was attached to the airport which was nice.”

“Very happy we stayed at the Highpoint Hotel. We had a suite that was large with great views from all the windows. Was very convenient to all our activities. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again.”

“The good and then the bad. Very friendly counter staff. Clean room. Decent breakfast fare. Now to the bad. Or door did not shut all the way unless you pushed it and then it did not lock other than the flip lock. The bathroom door could not latch at all. The beds were hard but the pillows were fine. My daughter left her retainer there in the case and they threw it away instead of turning it in to lost and found. Would not go back.”

“The bed was very comfy and slept good because of it. But, the room we checked in smelt like mold and didn’t want to stay there longer than overnight.”

“Kind of a shady area to stay. Staff was amazing but shower door was missing handle and it was stuck when trying to open or close. Light over mirror and desk was burnt out. Copy paper of sign for main lobby restroom taped to wall and had to ask for key to use which was attached to a fly swatter😂. Did not use pool or hot tub as they definitely did not look good. Oh and fridge in room, the freezer area was built up with ice. But it was a good price since we needed to be in town for 3 days and...

“For the price this was an acceptable overnight stay. The aircon is very loud, So if you are a light sleeper you would struggle. The mattress also requires changing as areas that are sinking. The breakfast choices were not the worst I’ve had at similar hotels, but it’s not great so if you are staying more than one night you probably need to BYO.”
