Hotel a Chancellor

“Room was very clean and lovely. The staff (Mateo) was exceptional! Breakfast had a nice variety. ”

“The jet tub had a slow drain to it, as well as jets that literally sprayed across the room. The tv was broken with no warning and no ability to replace or fix.”

“They went out if there way to accommodate us. We had an over delayed flight and they helped us out and made our stay so comfortable. Very clean facilities and very comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.”

“We had a nice 2 night stay. We did laundry and front desk provided a better desk chair. Main drawback was room didn’t have many outlets. We had to use an extension cord. Breakfast was just fine - but no yogurt. ”

“Todo esta de acuerdo al precio, únicamente las habitaciones tienen una puerta que da directamente a la habitación contigua, supongo que sirve para hacer mas rápido la limpieza, pero se escucha todo lo que hace el vecino y la verdad no me dejo dormir las dos noches que estuve ahi, si me quejé en recepción y les llamaron la atención pero no fue de mucha ayuda.”

“Breakfast was your normal Continental breakfast. Plenty of parking. The only complaint is you can hear people above you and in the hallway. I reserved 2 rooms but the staff only charged me for the first room so I had to tell him I had 2 rooms. He was real polite and professional.”
