“When I walked into lobby I didn’t receive a welcoming feeling. Both people at front desk were busy scrolling on their phones. Finally one said hello but didn’t offer to assist with the check in. The other person looked up from her phone and asked if she could help me. The direction to the parking were not clear. The introduction to the hotel amenities was not clear Otherwise I was pleased with hotel ”

“Good apartments. But had to move after 1 night as apartment meant for us was already occupied. Then the refurbishment commenced - no advance warning, no apologies and chaos began with the lifts. 4 lifts went down to 2 lifts - yet again no warning of this. Not unusual to wait more than 10mins for a lift empty enough to get into. WiFi was also particularly weak - just 2 bars in the main and you had to log in every time you left the apartment- even when you went out onto the balcony.

“The property was clean and well maintained. The amenities were nice. The staff was exceptionally friendly and i would stay again. Loved the area as it was quiet enough but not far from the action and we were able to walk almost everywhere!!”

The only thing is that the teens in the indoor pool were very loud and unruly…. It would be good to have supervision for all the kids running and yelling ”

“This place is the best setting!! Right on the beach! We loved watching all the traffic in the evening and enjoyed the music. I was there for work and the noise from the street didn't bother me sleeping. I had two of my grands who live in Charleston come up for a night. We beached it, shopped, ate great seafood, went to a water park and walked the pier!! Would def stay again. The parking was a pain but the garage was really close. ”
“Service great. Clean room however we as family of three never smoke but involve in neighbors smoke weeds and cigars
My wife and my kids not happy with the bad smoking.
The hotel needs to raise attentions for that matters
