“ Alovely lovely place to stay and we Will stay again ,loved that the floors are wonky but what do do expect just full of character loved it . A heads up my partner is 6ft the shower was a little on the small size .. the room was slightly smaller than we expected . The people are lovely can’t fault it at all , food was lovely enjoyed the crab especially … it was b+b shame we were not offered a cold takeaway brekkie as sadly we were leaving before breakfast was served . “Due to traffic issues we arrived at 4 pm and the pub was closed and all doors were locked until 6pm, we had to visit a nearby pub (The Bat And Ball) for a meal until Ye Olde George Inn opened up for us to check in, apart from that we enjoyed our stay ”

“Second visit and the hotel coverall was very good. However, the weather was very warm and so was the room with no air conditioning. Unfortunately the windows could only be partly opened due to security cables. Only a duvet was provided but far too warm for use. A sheet would have been good but not provided. A fan was provided but not that useful. So overall sleep difficult. ”
