The bathroom door would not open all the way which made it a bit inconvenient. But, the hotel is quiet and safe and in a nice area.The pool was really cold since it's an indoor pool, so we couldn't enjoy it. But, we would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Helen.”

“Hotel was going through a needed remodel. Nothing was inconvenient , but some area's were in a understandable and necessary mess. No problems , just need patience and understanding for good results. We had a really good view from our room of the river. ”

“The rental was spacious, very clean and updated. We enjoyed the fireplace on the cool nights. It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere or to sit on the comfortable chairs and look at the mountain view. The staff were very nice and helpful when we needed anything.”

“The property is well maintained and it's age gives it charm. Breakfast is a variety of easily prepared or ready to eat items. Although most people prefer to go out for breakfast. The bed was nice and there was always hot water. Water pressure good too.”
