“Hotel was well placed but common areas and rooms were dirty. Only one elevator was working. Staff were just so-so.”

I went outside to find a man in a sleeveless tee shirt to ask if there was anyone who worked there. It was him. We got into the hotel at 10:00, no word of any kind of compensation. “If you want to stay where it’s easy access to the visitors center for Colonial Williamsburg, The Woodlands is the perfect place. Very convenient access to everything in the surrounding areas. We have stayed multiple times and will stay again..”

“This hotel is only good if you 100% need a place to sleep at night. We had roaches, spider and flies in our room. I also had dirty rags under my bed. Laundry room and lobby bathroom was out of order and when you turn the ac on, the room got filled with a potent mold smell. I will say the staff were pretty attentive though.”
