Very nice property. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only thing is a television upstairs would have been nice with maybe a dresser underneath with drawers.

Really appreciated the opportunity to stay at Chatt City Snug. It is very convenient and an easy commute to downtown. I would highly recommend if you’re ever in Chattanooga.

The condo is in a great location. We walked to many restaurants and bars. The free trolley is a short walk.

Great communication from agent, easy to follow directions and process to enter property. The unit itself is very nice, new, modern. Loved having the garage which is one less thing to worry about your car. Location is minutes from so many great restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, etc. Bed was super comfortable, shower was great. Kitchen had everything you needed. Love that noise machines are in each bedroom which helps sleeping. Will definitely stay again. My only ask/wish is for a keypad to get in/out of the garage to make it easier but it wasn’t too bad with the side door. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!!

I have a child attending UTC, and we decided to come to Chattanooga to celebrate Thanksgiving with her. This condo is in a gated community. It is an urban area (gas stations and car lots close by), but I felt safe. The other residents in the neighborhood were quiet and friendly. I loved having a private garage! There are stairs to each level of the condo, so be aware if that is an issue for you. There are 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, and a trundle bed in each room. We had plenty of space to spread out. The condo is only minutes from campus and downtown. I will book again if this is available when I am coming to town!

Clean, beds were comfy and nicely decorated in gated community. It’s close to ambulance station so quite a bit of siren noise outside . Would stay here again
