“Check in was confusing…no instructions were given.”

“I was disappointed because the pictures on the website showed a nice clean updated room with a glass enclosed shower. The room I was given was old a rundown, hadn't seen a paintbrush in at least a decade, and had a basic tub in the bathroom. When I asked was told that there were no other room available. They should actually show you the room your getting or update all the rooms. Sadly the inside looks like a dump just like the outside. Next time I'll spend $20 more and go to the Best Western”

“The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is attached to a u-haul pickup/dropoff area. The hallways smelled very weird/ like bleach but not in a clean way. Breakfast included was legit cereal and waffles. All Fruit looked old. Juice watered down. The hotel is not in a good area, but that’s on me. I should have checked that out myself. ”
