Hotel a Cheney

“Rooms was not clean and they did not clean them once while we was there. There was 2 bath towels in room upon arrival. I told staff 4 of us so we need 2 more towels they wouldnt give them to us”

“Everything was good, coffee in rooms are not very good, but the one downstairs is. ”

“Always amazing. I love the location and facilities. Staff is always so polite and accommodating. The staff on the breakfast is so nice. It just starts my day off right. I pay a bit more as it’s a higher end hotel but yes I’m ok with that knowing I’m safe and in a clean quiet room. ”

“The guy at the counter was extremely kind and courteous, and that was about the only positive part. The room was falling apart, there were stains on the mattresses, there were exposed wires, the smoke alarm had a towel in it, there was a live insect in the towels, the window wasn't fully connected to the wall; it was overall the worst room I've ever stayed in. The room was way overpriced, even at the discount, and we only stayed out of desperation. If there's a room available literally anywhere...

“They put me in a room in a high traffic location (right by the breakfast bar and service entrance, sharing a wall with the public bathrooms and was lobby adjacent). As a result I didn’t get much of what I was there for…sleep. Wouldn’t recommend. When I mentioned these issues the staff said “we get that a lot.” Nice. ”
