“Room was very clean but we had a problem with a very loud air conditioner, they moved us to another room, even louder, then they basically told us to just deal with it. I had to use noise canceling ear buds to sleep”

“My refrigerator and bath towels had long, black, straight hair in/on it and my tv didn’t work during my whole stay. I reached out to the front desk and they never sent anyone by my room to fix it. The pool needs to be cleaned as well. However, I was able to request a late checkout 30 mins past 11 and was granted it as I needed more time to prepare to check out. Overall this place is okay. The grounds were quiet but can be maintained much better. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail...

“Stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Baytown recently and overall it was an average experience, not quite matching the rating. The room itself was decent and worked fine for a short stay, but there were a few issues. My wife noticed the hallway had a strong weed smell, which wasn’t ideal.
