“My refrigerator and bath towels had long, black, straight hair in/on it and my tv didn’t work during my whole stay. I reached out to the front desk and they never sent anyone by my room to fix it. The pool needs to be cleaned as well. However, I was able to request a late checkout 30 mins past 11 and was granted it as I needed more time to prepare to check out. Overall this place is okay. “I stayed for one night with my family. Room 114 had a hideous smell as if the room was super damped. I will not be returning back and will be using other hotels that are near by that do not have this issue.”
