“Clean room, air conditioning worked well. fairly priced”

“Everything was HORRIBLE. I specifically asked for a non-smoking room, but the room they gave me smelled heavily of cigarettes. There was a burnt crack pipe on the floor, cigarette burn holes in the bed, and the overall condition was unacceptable. I asked to be switched to another room, and while they did move me, the second room had a random man’s dirty clothes left inside. I asked for the room to be cleaned and for the sheets to be changed, but they never changed them becauseI ended up doing...

“The hotel is a bit older, not a Radisson Blu, but the interior has been update and is very clean and large, the linens were clean and new. The manager is so very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Everything positive.”

“Gears size room for families. Breakfast was accessible. For a weekend stay, the bananas could have been fresher. I did find that the exterior stairwell door was being held open by 2x4 during the middle of the night. Other than that. Staff was great.”
