“My one comment is that there was noone at the checkin desk when I arrived and the app advised that I needed help from them to complete my checkin. Luckily I figured things out but having a sign welcoming guests, rather than a person, was a disappointing and inconvenient experience. I arrived at around 7:30 PM so it was not a late, late night arrival. My family had two rooms, both of which were in excellent condition with no unusual noises that are found in some hotels (such as a loud fridge or AC unit). We were very late to get in so appreciated the 12pm checkout time.”
