“Great stay!!”

“The stay was great. The only problem we had was the booking. I booked a king bed suite. When I arrived I was told my room was sold and they moved me to a 2 queen bed room. It was just my wife and I. No compensation for the inconvenience nothing. Just "sorry about your luck". I don't appreciate that. When I reserve a car and they don't have the one I reserved I get and up grade or a reduced rate. Saying tough luck is not customer service”

“There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING I can say good about this place. They have let it run down. Water stains in the ceiling tiles. Staff not friendly at all. Can barely understand them because they don’t speak English. They have zero amenities. Parking is limited and not good if you are hauling anything. Television gets 1 station only. ”

“Unfortunately cleanliness is a big thing for us. When you have littles that can reach all the low areas and pulling old trash from behind the tables of bed isn’t cool. It was great to stay for a night when you’re passing through, don’t recommend a long term stay. ”

“Good place to stay with good rate”

“The staff is the best part of this property. Beds are awful, hallways stink, old fixtures put in poorly and getting moldy. However, front desk staff, housekeeping, and breakfast staff are on point!”

“Excellent location. Lots of restaurants nearby. “Ruth Chris”, steakhouse,; on property. Great, Embassy, breakfast. Easy parking.. Quiet.”

“Overnight stay passing through Chattanooga. Property and room was so clean and new. Staff was nice and check in was quick. Breakfast had waffle, cereal and fruit which was perfect for me. Rooms was nicely renovated, comfortable mattresses and cool air conditioning made it amazing for me. I will return soon”

“Breakfast - the pancake machine that makes pancakes was awful& the bacon was not done besides that it was good. Where i walked the dog in the parking lot where the grass is broken glass all over”

“Room was clean, staff were nice, good location. Breakfast is the bare minimum if you want anything other than coffee.”
