“All staff were great except for one male at the front desk. Everyone else made up for this!”

“The front desk lady was extremely nice! The room was clean although the wall plugs weren't finished properly, they were sticking out feom the wall. The area was decent. A few places to eat nearby. ”

I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. ”

“I was traveling to Texas for work and stayed at this hotel twice in one week. Both times the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was outstanding with food always hot and delicious. The coffee was always available throughout the day and night. This hotel is a great location, right off the highway and located near a mall, shopping, and multiple restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when traveling through Chattanooga. ”

“The room was pretty clean. There was a little mold/stain on the outside of the shower. The gym was nice. It has a peloton bike. The breakfast was ok. Standard free hotel breakfast. Very pet friendly. We saw lots of dogs even though we didn’t bring ours.”

“We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. When we arrived in our room, the dishes were visibly dirty—some looked like they had been used and simply put back without being cleaned. Several glasses even had lipstick residue on them. When we brought this to staff’s attention, we were told to just run everything through the dishwasher ourselves, which was unacceptable.
