“Bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. When it says "sleeper sofa" it's not actually a bed. The couch folds out into basically a thick mat on the floor. Breakfast was good. Staff was super nice. Love the firepit. ”

“It was nice having free hot breakfast every morning, the staff was nice and friendly and I had a good night's sleep. The only downside was the first day that we were to have our room serviced, it didn't happen and I ended up changing my own linen. We informed management at the front desk and they did accommodate us with extra points for the inconvenience. Beyond that, the room was a little smaller than expected, but overall, we had a decent stay.”

“The room we stayed in was clean however our toilet seat was chipped in 2 different places . This made it uncomfortable to sit in it without making a tissue cover over it . ”

“I never write reviews, but this time I feel it is necessary! The receptionist at check in was awesome and the coffee in the lobby was delicious! At first glance the room is as pictured in the app. The building is secure, as you need your key card to open the outside doors. But that is the extent of the positive aspects of this hotel! For second floor rooms, the wagons they provide to assist in getting your luggage to the room are not helpful, as they don’t have an elevator. I couldn’t use the...

“Located in a shopping center parking lot, this hotel is directly across from a Cheesecake Factory - which makes waddling back to your room that much easier. The rooms were clean and modern. The pool will be great in the summer but the fire pit was nice and cozy.”
