“Hotel was very clean, and staff was very welcoming. It was a nice, quiet atmosphere. A wide variety of foods were available for breakfast.”

“This was a great and classy hotel. We loved the food from Wellington's restaurant as we ordered it using room service and everything was wonderful. Very spacious and the staff were friendly, courteous and supportive. For the price of a 1 night stay the value was great. I would definitely recommend this place and stay there again. We didn't even get a chance to view or use the weight room and spa on the lower level but we will next time we stay.”

“Me and my husband had to change to three separate rooms where two out of three had blood on the sheets we checked in at 730pm and didn't receive a clean room untill after 11 pm the manager on staff was sure that we would receive compensation. The manager on morning staff refused any compensation and said that had to go through Expedia in order to receive and compensation”

“They provided a good solid stay. The staff was friendly & attentive. My room was clean but the room & the overall facility was rather run down. The entire facility should have some attention--frayed carpets, pitted fixtures in bathroom, etc. They provided the basics but it was not a glamorous vacation spot.”

“Hotel was clean and located near lots of chain food restaurants. I did not receive great service at the hotel burger spot; the burger was overpriced and trying to be fancy, and it took burgers way too seriously.”

“The floor in my room was filthy. There was human feces on my sheets that I had to request to have changed. I brought it to the attention of the manager and she did not allow any refund. The washing machine was not working so I had to go to an off site laundry to do my laundry. Do not stay at this property. Pay the extra ten or twenty dollars to have a better, cleaner stay!”

“Nothing 😒 204 has bed bugs we told the lady at the front she just moved our room to the one next door in 202 and that room had cockroaches and bed sheets was disgusting. Then this morning bangs on the door which also needs fixed their are cracks in the door edge that lets u see in the room. Screaming we need to open it when we was trying to get dressed to open it. So rude at this location.”

“Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. Did so by using various hand signs because his English was less than understandable. Terrible experience and the place appeared to be filthy going by what the parking lot and lobby looked like. I don't imagine the rooms being any better but never...
