“The hotel and room were clean but the carpets could use a deep cleaning. The staff at the front desk were professional and very friendly, supportive and courteous. We didn't stay for breakfast as we just drove to the nearest Dunkin for coffee. The outdoor pool looked very clean and it's a big size pool but we didn't get a chance to go into the pool as we were busy.”

“Was hit with an unexpected $50 deposit, the pool had no clean towels so I had to use my room towels to dry off after the pool, I wanted to take a shower so I went to the desk to get a clean towel and was told no and given a single hand towel instead... It's very hard drying off with a hand towel at 7 months pregnant. The ac in my room wouldn't stay on and it was really hot all night, then I get up to get breakfast 3 different times and the milk was empty every time and so were the eggs. I left...

“This property is in poor condition. There is no gym, and the photos are outdated. The hotel appears run-down, with insufficient staff. There is black mold throughout the hotel, despite it being marketed as a non-smoking property. Trash cans were overflowing, and the entire hotel has a strong, unpleasant odor. The Continental breakfast was disappointing, with expired food and moldy bread. I am still awaiting a response from Expedia management regarding my complaint.”

“There are very few amenities, things were resting floors were dirty, had cockroaches, people living in the area, front staff would not answer phone called multiple times cannot reach anyone, the service dance, the gentleman lives at the hotel. They had no coffee, no breakfast, no anything like stated online, he every time I went to this help desk, he was asleep very rude, just was not a very good experience at all.”
