“Great location. Joe was super helpful with local eatery recos. Convenient for golfing Chateau Elan.”

“When I got to my room, there was no toilet paper or towel towels. I had to go to the front office to get those, the staff was OK but less than friendly.”

“Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was awesome. Television channels were very limited and breakfast choices were as well. Besides these two things everything else was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.”

“The room was clean and spacious (king suite). The bed was too high for old folks like us, but comfortable The staff was helpful. The breakfast was okay, with hot dishes every morning. The coffee was weak. Overall, it was good. We would stay again if we come back to this area. ”

“They gave me a key to a non vacant room, I noticed luggage when I walked in( glad I didn’t walk in on someone because they weren’t there). I went to tell the lady( she had just arrived) and apparently the previous lady did not even check me in. t’s not clean, lobby is hot and pool was freezing. I payed, but ended up leaving after being in the room for 30 minutes. Could not spend the night there 😞. ”

Once checked in and received my key card me and my wife proceeded to the room, trouble started right there as the door wouldn’t work properly, once we were able to get into the room it was a total disaster. “Very clean. Good breakfast. The young woman at check in worked to make certain I did not have to deal with my smoke allergies being close to a smoking room. Overall, excellent property.”

“Staff was friendly! Sheets/towels seemed clean. I arrived on a Saturday night, late, and it was very noisy. Had a hard time sleeping because of the noise levels. I kept hearing complaints from several other guests about their cards not working, and all night and into the early morning, people were talking in the halls.
