“Good hotel, very reasonably priced, close to the university of Manitoba and Superstore. To improve: blinds are definitely not blackout, which is challenging in spring when the sun is up early, and when your window faces the parking lot with extremely bright floodlights. “The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a wonderful restaurant for breakfast and the best thing is that it is located around everything, shopping at Polo Park, excellent restaurants and a movie theatre, not far from the Zoo and many parks. I have stayed there for many years and couldn’t be happier with the location that is close to so many wonderful things to do in Winnipeg and their rates are very reasonable.”

“The room was comfortable, but we would never return and would warn others that this hotel is obviously in a high crime area. We stayed on May 30th, 2026 and woke up to our back window smashed out. Our vehicle was in the hotel parking lot. My husband went to front desk to enquire about calling police and possibly getting the window secured somehow.
