“There was an Asian restaurant attached to the building so that was convenient but we did find it a long wait. I got sick that evening so we didn’t really check out anything close. We did find that the room was chilly and although the heater worked really well it would have been nice to have the option of a warm blanket. I’m sure if I had gone to the desk one would have been provided but I felt too awful. Only other thing he noted is that we Continually heard the toilet flushing and water running...

“no staff to acknowledge my arrival, staff that was there did turn 'till I found the doorbell and rang it then said he didn't work this desk but did call someone to get me booked in.
Room: carpet looked new/freshly cleaned, bed was very good. While washroom was dated the condition for the tub was appalling by NOT being clean! Walls had splatters of God only knows what.
Check out: had to ring bell, and waited again until someone come in from being outside. Slow to get service but staff efficient...

“Initially had an issue with my first room being too noisy and no hot water. Staff immediately changed me to another wing and all was well. There were issues as well with noisy guests that the staff addressed right away.
