“Rooms were clean and very spacious. The property looks very run down on the outside, but decent on the inside. Breakfast was great, lots of options. The hot tub was broken whilw there. Noone informed us of this. Our water was never warm in the shower and pur ac didnt work in our room. ”

“We got there at 4:30PM when the check in is at 3PM and the rooms were not ready. Then were told that our rooms have been swapped from kings to queens. We got one room and the other was made available after 20 mins. The second room was already occupied by other guests and we walked into someone else’s room given to us by the hotel staff. We then had to wait another 30 mins until the staff figured out they don’t have any rooms available and eventually gave us a different room type on another...

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“WiFi good, check in staff was pleasant, however there was some redundancy in giving my ID and CC which I already did on the app. Building well maintained and designed. Very clean and meticulous. Only problem was low flow showers. Tubs drained well. Don’t like single ply toilet paper but towels were thirsty. Slept well on the fine king sized bed. Breakfast was fine.”

“Hello, what did Dorthy ( Judy Garland ) say in the Wizard of OZ ? There is no place like home.This will always be true but there are place like this La Quinta that come pretty close. Check in was easy, efficient and polite. My room was clean, AC worked great ,bed was good, pillows were ok but there were three pillows. Pick one and make it work, I did.
