“Hotel molto curato e pulito, con servizio dinpukizia giornaliero non scontato a Londra. Camera piccolina ma essenziale per le mie esigenze, aria condizionata e tutto il necessario. L'unica pecca (che purtroppo non ho avuto modo di sapere quando ho prenotato) è che non c'è l'ascensore e non viene fornito un servizio di trasporto bagagli ai piani superiori. Personale molto gentile e accogliente, anche se quando ho chiesto se ci aiutassero a portare giù i bagagli il giorno del check out hanno...

Specchio sopra la scrivania un po basso, asciugacapelli posizionato in camera e non in bagno. Personale: preferisco non commentare. Consiglierei sicuramente ad un amico solo dopo aver dato dei consigli utili per il soggiorno.”

“Room was spotless, spacious and had plenty of amenities. It’s a stunning hotel, great food in the restaurant, excellent service. Our only disappointment was the spa and pool not being open (as being renovated) which we didn’t know about until after we had booked our non refundable room. But overall an excellent hotel. ”
